Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At ALIR Wellness, each appointment is reserved specifically for you and requires dedicated preparation, travel coordination, and clinical time. To respect our nurses schedules and other clients, we respectfully require the following policy: • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. • No-shows will automatically be charged the $50 fee. • The cancellation fee is non-refundable and may be charged to the card on file. • Fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. By booking, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
